Rules for advertising

classified ads on Mozame are for commercial body or an individuals who are entitled to engage in a legal contract.

Categorising: The ad has to be placed in the category that describes the item or service the best (the ad will be moved to the right category when possible). Good and services that do not fit in the same category must be placed in separate ads. For sale-ads have to placed under "For sale" and wanted-ads under "Wanted" and so on.

Description: The ad heading has to describe the item or the service advertised, no company names or urls are allowed. No unnecessary characters are allowed in the heading. The item or service has to be described in the ad text, it is not allowed to merely link to another page. Ad texts are not allowed to be copied from other advertisers, these are protected under copyright laws. Only ads in English are allowed.

Illegal goods: Ads featuring goods that are prohibited from sale according to Malaysian law are not allowed on Mozame.

Images: Images in the ad have to be relevant to the item or service advertised. Company logotypes are prohibited as images except for categories "Services", "Jobs" and "Businesses for Sale". It is not allowed to use images from other advertisers without consent. These are protected under copyright laws. Images showing models displaying underwear or bathing wear are not allowed.

Links: Links in the ad have to be relevant to the item or service advertised. Same general rules for the ad applies also for the link. It is not allowed to link to another auction or classified site.

No duplicates: It is not allowed to place ads with the same item, service or job more than once. Delete the old ad before you place the new one. Consequently, it's not allowed to place ads with the same items, services or jobs in different categories or regions.

Vehicles: Ads relating to automotive or vehicles such as Vehicles for sale, Vehicles for rent, new or used vehiches must be place under the Auto section. Ads relating to automotive spare part and accessories can be place under the Automotive category. If you place an ads for vehicles under Automotive category your ads will not be published.

Offensive content: Ads or images that can be perceived offensive to ethnic groups, individuals or public figures and pornographic material are not allowed.

Pirated goods and forgeries: It is not allowed to advertise pirated goods and forgeries. The advertiser hereby agree that the goods advertise are legally owned.

Pets and animals: Animals traded on Mozame have to follow the Wildlife Protection Act of Malaysia 1972 and Fisheries Act 1985.

Services: Services offered or wanted must follow applicable law and regulations of Malaysia for each given profession.

Solely marketing: It's only allowed to advertise sales, rentals, jobs and services. To use the ad for pure marketing purposes, i.e. not offering any concrete goods, jobs or services, is not allowed.

Sold Item: Please delete your ads once the item or goods advertise sold or no longer available.

Unrealistic offers: Mozame administration team reserves the right to deem what's unrealistic.

Services: Services offered or wanted must follow applicable law and regulations of Malaysia for each given profession. Services should always be placed in the services category.

Multi Level Marketing: Advertiser are allowed to advertise MLM product on Mozame.com all ads must be place under the Business-Opportunity category.

Affiliate Link: Advertiser are allowed to advertise an affiliate link on Mozame AdsManager. Please use the Business-Opportunity category to advertise. Advertiser may also use the articles or join our forum.

All ads will be review by the administrator before publish for a period of 60 days unless renew by the advertiser.

If an ad is rejected due to breaking the rules, the ads will be deleted. Mozame have the absolute right to decide whether an ad breaks the rules or not. Mozame has the right to constantly updated the rules and may change it without prior notice to the advertiser.
